On January 09 & 10 we had a beautiful opening of The Ancient School of Yoga in Germany, at Elbinsel Yoga .The workshop is mature and the information is flowing in many different ways.
Every day more and more people wanting to awake the Spirit through the physical body.
The alighment without is the alighment within.
…and we all go together.
Precision, Focus, Strenght.
Moving in all directions.
We are able to stand still.
…and twist when necessary.
we fly.
We feel.
We rest.
We awake the knowledge within.
…and hear the messages inside.
